1. Free US Domestic Shipping: We are pleased to offer free shipping for all orders within the United States. By default we provide free sipping for all orders using USPS First Class shipping. If you choose to use an alternative shipping method, additional charges apply. Orders valued $1000+ USD will require Signature upon Delivery.

2. Processing Time: Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1 to 3 business days. We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery.
3. Made-to-Order Pieces: For items that are made to order, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for production and processing before shipment. These pieces are specially crafted to meet your unique preferences, resulting in high-quality products.
4. Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will be processed on the next business day. We work diligently to ensure a smooth shipping experience, but please consider potential delays due to non-business days.
5. Shipping Time: Once your order is processed and shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment.
6. International Shipping: Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or carrier delays, may impact the delivery timeline. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Lost or Damaged Packages
While we strive to provide a seamless shipping experience, please note that we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Route Package protection is automatically added to all online orders placed on asxjewelers.com. If you do not wish to receive package protection, you are able to opt out of this service at your own risk. Please note, if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in shipment and Route Package Protection was removed from your purchase during checkout, ASX JEWELERS is not responsible for package replacements or refunds.
If a package is lost or damaged in transit and is insured by Route, please file a claim within 10 days of the last shipping update. It is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via the Route claim website. After 10 days, the request will be denied.
You can find the Route claim website here. You will need to have your email address and Route Order Number handy to file your claim.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit and Route insurance was not selected / removed by the customer, therefore not purchased, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via USPS or with the shipping courier service that was used.
ASX JEWELERS is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages that are not insured by Route.
